Jitka Klett’s work long transcends the boundaries of traditional fashion. Her collections are created as visually and conceptually strong wholes, where garment design merges with fine art, photography, music, film, and artisanal tradition. Collaborations with personalities from various artistic fields—painters, photographers, designers, glassmakers, and filmmakers—are a natural part of her process. The result is a unique world where every piece carries a story, emotion, and interdisciplinary dialogue.
The multimedia exhibition In a Moment of Motion was a creative collaboration between designer Jitka Klett and South African photographer Tanya Rex, whose visual sensitivity and ability to capture movement perfectly merged with the dynamics and elegance of Jitka Klett Couture and JK Klett models. The exhibition, held at the Lapidarium Gallery in Prague, presented an exceptional fusion of fashion, photography, and technology in a sensitive exploration of movement, form, and visual perception. Selected photographs were then transformed into AI-generated video art that literally “breathed” new life into the frozen motion in the form of dreamy, almost hypnotic visual stories.
As part of a unique collaboration between the longest-running Czech glassworks Harrachov and fashion designer Jitka Klett, the HARRACHOV BY JITKA KLETT glass collection was created. The first collection consisted of a set of three types of elegant smoky gray MEZZOFORTE glasses. The fusion of Jitka Klett’s sensitivity with the craftsmanship of the oldest Czech glassworks transformed the movement of fabric and the female form into transparent glass. The design combines aesthetic appeal, functionality, and the assurance of skilled craftsmanship.
The glass installation Vitreé, designed by Jitka Klett, branches through the entrance hall of the Prague restaurant BRICK’S like a living organism. It consists of dozens of handmade glass spheres from the Harrachov glassworks, embodying lightness, purity, and timeless design. The installation connects aesthetics, interior design, and glass craftsmanship in a harmonious dialogue between material and space.
Dominik Fanta, designer and founder of the DK FANTA brand, enriched the exceptional Art Fashion Show JITKA KLETT / MEZZOFORTE 2025 both technologically and artistically. The result was a harmonious fusion of fashion, technology, and precise design.
A striking artistic element of the JK Klett Ready-To-Wear MEZZOFORTE 2025 collection became the original paintings by Slovak painter Igi Brezi, which Jitka Klett transformed into textile motifs for her designs. The colorful expressiveness of the paintings was converted into fabric prints, creating a unique fusion of fine art and fashion.
The family-run Italian brand GISMONDI complemented selected models from the Jitka Klett Couture line at the Art Fashion Show JITKA KLETT / MEZZOFORTE 2025 with their exclusive jewelry, highlighting their elegance and exceptional character. Graphic designer and photographer Barbora Klimsz has long collaborated with the JK Klett brand. She is the creator of the brand’s logo and visual identity and has contributed to numerous other creative projects and installations. In 2023, she captured the atmosphere of the LUNA collection on the streets of Milan during Milano Fashion Week and also participated in preparing the exhibition of this collection at the Consulate General of the Czech Republic in Milan.
Photographs of former Slovak president Rudolf Schuster served as inspiration for original fabric prints in two iconic JK Klett collections – Magic of Elements (2013) and LUNA (2023). His images, capturing a deep connection to nature and landscape, were transformed by Jitka Klett into fabric prints, creating a link between nature, photography, and fashion.
French fashion student Dorian Meyer completed a one-year internship at Jitka Klett’s fashion salon, during which they jointly created the Black & White collection under the JK Klett brand. The collection combines Meyer’s signature style— asymmetry, deconstruction, and innovative shapes—with Jitka Klett’s sensitive touch. The minimalist black-and-white color scheme highlights the architecture of the cut and the expression of each design. The collection invites exploration of new ways to wear and perceive fashion as a creative expression of personality.
Every strong collaboration begins with a strong story. The one between Jitka Klett and New York designer George Diao was born in New York during Couture Fashion Week, where Jitka Klett presented her collection and their fateful meeting occurred. The result is an exclusive collection of luxury handbags that merges the signatures of both designers with Italian craftsmanship. The bags were made in a traditional Tuscan family workshop and feature JK Klett’s distinctive elements—emphasis on quality, versatility, and timeless design. The limited collection offers iconic models in various sizes, including multifunctional mini bags and practical weekend totes with original prints.
Graphic designer Vladimíra Ilkovičová collaborated with Jitka Klett to create original prints for the INSPIRA, INTEGRITY, TERRA, and PURA collections. This collection, based on the contrast between elegance and strength, was captured by the photographer on the island of Guadalupe in the Pacific Ocean, emphasizing its exceptional character. The combination of intense colors, geometric shapes, and luxurious materials came to life in a series of photographs that visually express grace, confidence, and modern femininity—values both creators share in their work.

His sense of light, rhythm, and emotion gave the JK Klett fashion collections a distinctive visual language that connects fashion with cinematic aesthetics and artistic expression.
The ESPIRITY collection was created as a personal reflection of the time in which we live – its chaos, uncertainty, and the inner need of a person to stop and seek deeper meaning.
Jitka Klett, in creating it, was inspired by the work of abstract expressionist and calligraphic artist Irfan Haider Mirza, whose origin from the Middle East brought into the collection distinct symbolism and emotional depth.
Thus arose a visually strong collection, in which fashion connects with fine art in a rare harmony.
Glass artist Gordana Turuk, together with Jitka Klett, created an original collection where the delicate beauty of handcrafted glass literally became part of the garment. The gold-plated glass elements designed by Gordana were sensitively incorporated into lightweight chiffon dresses to follow the female lines and appear almost like jewelry. The resulting pieces impressed with their delicacy, innovative approach, and striking aesthetics. The collection was presented in Prague, at the iconic Emirates Palace in Abu Dhabi, and also in Košice, Slovakia.

These unique dresses—along with the chandeliers—were presented, among other venues, at the original Art Fashion Show in Abu Dhabi.
